Reservations cancelled more than (7) days before the scheduled arrival will be refunded the deposit minus:

$25 cancellation fee for RV slips

$50 cancellation fee for Cabins & RV Rentals

$50 cancellation fee Per Room in Guest House Lodge

$100 cancellation fee for Gathering Place Bunk House Cabin

If reservation is rebooked at the time of the cancellation, the cancellation fee can be waived. Reservations cancelled less than (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit a one night deposit. If the reservation is rebooked, a cancellation fee of $25 is applied.

Quiet hours are after 10 PM.

We sell firewood for $5

We sell ice for:

Small (5#) - $1

Large (10#) - $2

We have a dump station; free for guests, $5 for non-guests

All linens and toiletries are provided in the cabins, along with flat-panel TV and DirectTV.
